摘要: 石油化工装置立式设备布置在构架中,由于设备运行时热膨胀的影响,设备封头、设备相连管道与钢结构碰撞的事情时有发生。本文结合施工过程中遇到的问题对石油化工装置构架内立式设备不同位置平台和开孔设置基本要求及注意事项进行阐述;对设备异径段、倾斜管线、设备顶部等特殊部位由于设备热胀对平台和开孔的影响进行了分类分析;重点对顶部平台的三种不同设计形式进行详细对比论述,总结了不同情况下平台设置要点和注意事项,以便更好应用在其他设计中

Abstract: The vertical equipment of petrochemical plant is arranged in framework. Due to the influence of thermal expansion during the operation of equipment, the head of the equipment and the pipes connected with the equipment often collide with the steel structure. Combined with the problems emerged during construction, this article expounds the basic requirements and matters needing attention for the platforms and openings at different positions of vertical equipment in the framework of petrochemical plant, classifies and analyzes the influence of thermal expansion of equipment on the platforms and openings at special positions such as the reducing section of equipment, the inclined pipeline and the top of equipment, compares and discusses in detail the three different design forms of top platform, and summarizes the key points and precautions of platform settings under different circumstances for better application in other designs.
